1.5 oz 12-year-old Scotch Whisky

3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/8 oz. Honey syrup

3/8 oz. Sweetened Ginger Juice

Garnish: Candied Ginger


In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine scotch, lemon juice, and syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with candied ginger.

 Baileys Caramel Shortbread Latte {Adapted from Bailey’s}


2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

1 1/2 oz Hot Coffee

1 cup Hot Milk

Whipped Cream

Caramel Sauce

Shortbread Cookies


Combine Baileys Original Irish Cream, hot coffee, and hot milk in a glass. Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and shortbread cookie crumbles.

Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin Negroni 1651 {Adapted from Tod & Vixen’s}


1.5 oz Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651

1 oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino

1 oz Campari


Stir with ice in an ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with an orange wedge.

Sparkling Margarita {Adapted from Tanteo}


2 oz Blanco Tequila

1 oz Sparkling Wine or Club Soda

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Agave Nectar


Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled glass. . Garnish with a lemon twist

Spicy Tequila Cranberry Punch (Adapted from Tanteo)


20 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila

20 oz. 100% Cranberry Juice

10 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

7.5 oz. Agave Nectar


Combine ingredients in a shaker and top with lime slices, fresh cranberries, and jalapeños.

Bourbon-Spiked Egg Nog {Adapted from Tui Tekaaho’s New World Egg Nog}


1.5 oz. Bourbon Whisky

1 oz. Apricot Brandy

1 Egg Yolk

0.5 oz. Heavy Cream

0.5 oz Honey Syrup


Combine bourbon, brandy, egg, cream, and honey in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain vigorously and strain into a glass.

Woodford Reserve Bring Back Black Manhattan {Adapted from Erica Gantt}


1.5 part(s) Woodford Reserve Bourbon

.75 part(s) Dumangin Ratafia de Champagne

.5 part(s) Barolo Cocchi Chianto

2 dash(es) 18.21 Aromatic Prohibition Bitters


Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Ice should be added (enough to cover the liquid), stir the cocktail until gently diluted. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a cherry and a twist of fresh orange peel.

Bourbon Candy Cane {Adapted from Woodford Reserve}


2 oz Bourbon Whisky

1 oz Mint Simple Syrup


Shake in ice, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a mini candy cane

For the Syrup: Boil equal parts water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Steep a handful of mint leaves in the cooling syrup until you reach the desired flavor. Strain before use.

Bourbon Milk Punch {Adapted from Woodford Reserve}


1 cup bourbon

2 cups cream 

2 cups whole milk 

¾ cup sifted powdered sugar 

½ vanilla bean 

Freshly grated nutmeg 


In a metal bowl over an ice bath, whisk sugar, cream, milk, and bourbon until frothy. Add vanilla bean and strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Place pitcher in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally. Pour into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a stick of cinnamon.
