It’s time to spice things up, and by spice, we don’t mean pumpkin spice, but rather different ways to add excitement to your hairstyle. We all can agree that is very easy to get stuck in your same old beauty routine, and even though is cool to have a signature look, you can definitely break up with your inner Jennifer Aniston a become more chameleonic.

The best fall hair trends for 2019 are super easy to achieve, and all of them are throwbacks from the 70s and 90s. From middle parts to curtain bangs, find below four styles you need to try this season.

Barrettes

This trend is in full swing and a great way to add a cute element to your hair. Barrettes, hair clasps or hair clips were invented in the 20th century and immediately became a must-have accessory for females. In 2019, the piece resurfaced in red carpets and photoshoots to later jump to mass retailers and the street style.

We’ve seen it on plus-size supermodel Ashley Graham, Brittany Xavier, Maria Bernad and Michaela Verrelien to name a few.

Center Parts

Middle parts are ideal for the season, especially if you have a round shape because will create symmetry around your face. To achieve a perfect middle part, divide your hair into two even sections, following your hairline and using the end of your comb. Start your part at the very center of your forehead, or try lining up your part with the tip of your nose. Style your hair to make sure is nice and even.

Middle parts are super popular in Hollywood and we’ve seen it a lot on Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Vanessa Hudgens

Curtain Bangs

This chic, low-maintenance, and flattering style used to be super-popular in the 1970s and are now back on-trend. This style of bangs has a middle part to frame the face on each side, which usually is longer and have wispy ends. Find below a step-by-step tutorial by hairstylist Larissa Love.

Low Ponytails

Low ponytails are a romantic, chic, and simple way to style your hair. To master this hairstyle, you will need hairspray, hair ties, a comb and a brush. Comb your hair and gather it using your dominant hand. Place your hair as close as possible to your neck and smooth it. Wrap a hair tie around the ponytail and then mist it with hairspray.
