Apparently, Bad Bunny is not taking a break this year after all.

The “Un Verano Sin Ti” teased new music a couple of days ago on his social media by playing a short clip of his now-released single “Where She Goes.” On his teaser video, he wrote: “dime si te gusta y te la envio por Whatsapp.” This translates to “tell me if you like it and I’ll send it to you via WhatsApp. Well, it seems like a lot of people told him they liked the clip of the song because he shared the rest of it yesterday.

And though many people believe Bad Bunny is in his flop era, the video garnered over half a million views in less than an hour. Is he a cycle breaker? Does the Kardashian curse end with him?

Unexpected celebrity cameos

“Where She Goes” is quickly becoming an audiovisual spectacle. Due to this, it has sparked a lot of commentary around it. The song on its own is getting a lot of attention because El Conejo Malo has masterfully blended genres that don’t traditionally pertain to Latin music yet again.

The video is a journey in itself. During it, Bad Bunny takes his audience into the California desert that showcases high-energy in every clip. What has captivated people the most are the many guest appearances in the video. Frank Ocean, who recently had a mishap at Coachella, was seen riding the back of a motorcycle. Lil Uzi Vert, Dominic Fike, Brazilian soccer player Ronaldhino, Isabella Manderson, Julian Consuegra, Juliana Nalú, Sabrina Zada, and Ysham Avdulahi, were also present in the video.

Hidden messages in ‘Where She Goes’

People are speculating that there were hidden messages in the video – and that they had to do with Candle Jenga (aka Kendall Jenner).

The angel seen in the video, for instance, is supposedly alluding to Candle being a Victoria’s Secret Angel. The scorpion present could represent her zodiac sign, which is Scorpio. As for the horses, this allegedly is a nod to her love of horses; Candle owns multiple horses.

However, there are other people who believe the song is about his ex, Gabriela Berlingeri. Benito, why are you so confusing?

“Where She Goes” was written by Bad Bunny and recorded with producer Mag and the reggaetonero’s engineer, La Paciencia.
