The viral story on TikTok about a woman who allegedly deported her unfaithful boyfriend to Mexico has raised questions about the legality of such an action and whether it could lead to his return to the United States. Now known online as “Lady Six Flags,” the user shared a storytime explaining how she tricked her ex into believing they were going to an amusement park, only to take him across the border to Mexico as revenge for his infidelity. However, this move may come with legal consequences.

Monts.user555 posted the video, which quickly spread across the platform, detailing how she took her ex-boyfriend back to Mexico after finding out he had been unfaithful. Feeling used after bringing him to the U.S., she devised a plan to “deport” him under the guise of a trip to Six Flags.

However, migrant rights activist and content creator Carlos Eduardo Espina weighed in on the matter, suggesting that what Lady Six Flags did might constitute a crime. Espina explained that by deceiving her ex and transporting him to a place he didn’t want to go, she could face charges of kidnapping. He further pointed out that, if they crossed international borders under false pretenses, she could also be accused of human trafficking.

What Is Carlos Eduardo Espina Saying

According to Espina, legal experts have mentioned that if the ex-boyfriend can prove he was the victim of a crime, he could potentially use this to his advantage in a legal attempt to return to the U.S. Espina was quick to clarify that his comments were not in defense of the boyfriend’s infidelity but rather a cautionary reminder that acts of revenge must still fall within the confines of the law.

Despite Espina’s comments, there has been no official information confirming that such actions would indeed constitute a crime under U.S. law.

The Latina TikToker Is Seemingly Unmoved by the Situation

In response to the claims, Lady Six Flags appeared unfazed, even joking in subsequent TikToks that if her ex-boyfriend decided to sue her, she would make a “part two” from jail.

In other videos, she lightheartedly suggested that she might counter-sue Elon Musk because her GPS led her to Laredo instead of San Antonio, Texas. She defended her actions as merely returning the favor of deception to her ex, who had been unfaithful.

In a final video response to Espina, Lady Six Flags sarcastically thanked him for his “interesting point of view” but stated that she wasn’t interested in pursuing the matter further.
