Now, individuals and organizations, including the advertising industry, have begun to devote their efforts to addressing its challenges, including burnout, fears, vulnerability, and more.

One of the most recent initiatives to address these issues is Inside Mente, a platform launched in August 2023 by Círculo Creativo USA and led by industry expert Fabián Camargo, CEO of Mirror. It is an Executive Coaching program designed exclusively for the creative community.

The next edition of the FIAP Face to Face Webinar, “Inside Mente, Mental Health with Creativity,” will explore the program by looking at how it has evolved in its first five months of implementation and impacted individuals and organizations in the industry.

In addition to Camargo, the panel includes Virgilio Flores, Creative Director at Alma DDB and President of Círculo Creativo USA; Verónica Elizondo, Conill CCO; Aldo Quevedo, CEO BeautifulBeast, and Francisco (Pancho) Goldaracena, Director of FiftyFifty and Director of Círculo Uruguayo de Creatividad y Desachate, who will talk about the perception of the industry and the benefits of joining Inside Mente.

The meeting, moderated by Mara Fernández, Chief Transformation Officer of PRODU, will take place on Tuesday, February 20 at 12pm (Miami).
