Pepe Aguilar adds another hit to his name. The renowned Mexican artist recently released “Cuídamela bien,” a heartfelt song dedicated to his son-in-law, Christian Nodal, urging him to cherish and protect his daughter, Angela Aguilar. The lyrics are both a warning and a plea for Nodal to make Angela as happy as Aguilar himself always intended to be.

What Pepe Aguilar Sings In His New Song

“Love her, man. Show the world that you’ve found your way and you have a heart. Make her as happy as I always wanted to in life,” Aguilar sings, emphasizing the importance of Nodal’s commitment to Angela. The song continues with more advice, “Here’s a piece of advice, if you love her well. Don’t change her, because that’s something you’re quite good at,” a reminder for Nodal to stay true to her and their relationship.

Their love story moved quickly. Just weeks after publicly announcing their relationship, Nodal and Angela tied the knot at the historic Hacienda San Gabriel de las Palmas in the state of Morelos, central Mexico. Pepe Aguilar, who accompanied his daughter down the aisle, offered them not only his blessing but also his wisdom for the road ahead.

“Whether you see it or not, today you begin a new and very different path from any you’ve walked before. One where respect and responsibility will be your strongest guide. Just as important as love,” he shared in a heartfelt Instagram post following the wedding, along with photos from the ceremony.

The Message Is Clear

Aguilar’s message to the newlyweds was clear: the future is entirely in their hands. “I’ve been in your shoes too. No beginning is simple,” he concluded, speaking from his own experience and wishing the couple the best in their new journey.
