The beasts have awakened from their slumber! Oh, wait. That wasn’t meant for this text. (Just kidding!) I meant to say that our wonderful hosts for Somos Good News: Latinx Edition is finally back and we are loving it. And we are confident that you will, too!
So, after their much-deserved hiatus, both Angela Carrasco and Katherine Castro are giving us what we all must be craving — some good news.
This week’s SGN’s episode will leave you smiling from ear to ear. The hosts go to showing us PJ Sin Suela’s unconventional road in life to a dog who is perhaps a certified universal good boy. Sure, all dogs are the best dogs (how do you sleep at night if you don’t think this?), but you’ll see what I mean when you watch the episode.
They also shine a light on a love that has surpassed so many challenges, yet it remains timeless. Best of all, California was featured this week. They, however, didn’t bring us the type of news that’s been revolving the Golden State lately. Instead, they spoke about its Big Basin Redwoods State Park, which is home to some of the wisest and tallest trees in the world. The perseverance of those trees gives us a glimpse into the strength of Californians and their will to move forward no matter what.
Overall, there’s plenty of great news to digest during this week’s episode. Just sit back, unwind, and hit play.
