Chicken and Waffles
- 4 cups of buttermilk
- 1/2 cup pickle juice
- 2 cups of flour
- Spices of your choice
- 1/4 cup of Crown Maple organic maple syrup or Bourbon Barrel Aged organic maple syrup
Soy and Crown Maple Syrup Ribs
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1/2 cup Crown Maple organic maple syrup
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 4 units of roughly chopped scallions
- Splash of vinegar
- Chives to finish
- 350g bourbon or rye whiskey
- 350 g of cognac
- 150g of water
- 150g Crown Maple organic maple syrup or Madagascar Vanilla Infused organic maple syrup
