Paola Vélez, one of the country’s top Latina chefs, has partnered with Häagen-Dazs to launch a limited summer edition of peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Ten percent of the proceeds from Vélez’s ice cream will go to the non-profit organization, Dreaming Out Loud.
