Sueños Music Festival Is Empowering Latino-Owned Businesses in Chicago – Here’s How

Get Ready to Perrear: Sueños Music Festival 2024 Presale Registration Now Open

Chicago’s Latine community is thriving (and this is no surprise whatsoever), yet many Latino-owned businesses still face challenges in accessing resources and support. Despite being one of the largest communities in opening small businesses, roadblocks persist, hindering their growth and success. However, initiatives like the ones Sueños Music Festival are currently working on can change that narrative soon. This Latin music-heavy festival is now providing a platform to showcase Latine talent and entrepreneurship. In other words, they understood the assignment.

Sueños Music Festival is a celebration of Latine culture, which allows the world to watch the diverse Latine community through an entirely different lens for a whole weekend. Now, by partnering with local businesses and restaurants, the festival aims to give back and support the very community it serves.

Through the “20 Days of Sueños” initiative, participating businesses will be giving away 2-Day GA Passes to members of the Chicago community. According to an official press release, the list of participating businesses includes an array of restaurants that illustrate the breadth and diversity of the city’s Latin American population, ranging from taco stands, to jibaritos sandwich shops, to Arepas restaurants, and more. If you want to know if you are eligible for a pass, you must visit one of the businesses. How cool is that?
