Women’s History Month is here, and with it comes the most creative and allied initiatives to highlight the tireless and often unrecognized work of women in shaping society.

And El Dorado Furniture knows how important this celebration is.

The renowned South Florida furniture retailer is celebrating Women’s History Month with its #ELLADorado campaign that will have its iconic night on March 18, 2022, through its special “One Night for Her,” a free in-store experience aimed at celebrating, empowering, and supporting women’s diversity during Women’s History Month.

Between 7 and 10 p.m. on Friday, March 18, “One Night Para Ella” will transform El Dorado Furniture’s Calle Ocho Showroom into a vibrant and empowering venue where artists, vendors, designers, creatives, and women’s voices are amplified and heard.

One Night Para Ella is the culmination of the El Dorado Furniture’s March campaign, “#ELLADorado: Women Come in Every Style.” The campaign aims to spotlight women who are changing the narrative through their diverse interests, styles, and contributions to the community while flipping the script on the stereotypes and microaggressions they face every day.

The centerpiece of One Night For Her will be “Women Unplugged,” a panel discussion on women thriving in traditionally male-dominated sectors. The roundtable will be moderated by 93.1 MIA radio host and podcaster Kimmy B and will feature guests Marivette Navarete (The Mujerista), DJ Bonnie Beats, and stylist/designer Keesha Morisma.

“We are so proud to host One Night Para Ella for the community. It’s a dedication to all women, from those on the stage to those behind the scenes making everything possible. On a personal level, it’s a tribute to my mother, Aida Capó. She was the matriarch of our family and our business, our driving force, just like so many women in our community and at El Dorado Furniture are paving the way,” said Roberto Capó, CMO of El Dorado Furniture.
