After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the #WeAllGrow summit will return this 2022. The organization announced that its flagship event, which brings together an impactful community of Latinas online, would come back on-site.

The #WeAllGrow Summit 2022 will focus on self-love, echoing its theme for the year, “Sanctuary of Joy.” As the organization explained in a press release, the event will be a carefully curated, immersive experience that will invite guests to revel in self-love.

The three-day event is intentionally designed to co-create communal and individual joy through experiential learning, transformational talks, celebratory experiences, and wellness sessions. The event features some of the world’s Latina/x/o trailblazers, who will engage in intimate conversations and lead workshops with attendees. It will be hosted by Afro-Latina award-winning interdisciplinary artist and chamána (shaman) Nicoletta Daríta de la Brown and queer writer Kim Guerra.

The #WeAllGrow Summit will be held September 29, 2022 – October 1, 2022, at La Quinta Resort in Palm Desert, California. Those who attend the event will have the opportunity to invest in their dreams, commit to their calling and come away from the experience with tangible tools and practical steps to make their dreams a reality. All in a retreat setting in a desert oasis that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.

Summit guests will be able to participate in thoughtfully designed experiential activities led by trusted industry leaders, founders, powerful experts, healers, and creatives aligned to inspire and catapult Latina entrepreneurs to their full potential.

Led by Ana Flores, founder, and CEO; Vanessa Santos, co-CEO and partner; and Patty Arvielo, partner and president, since 2010, #WeAllGrow is the largest and most established Latina online community.

Without a doubt, the 2022 edition of the #WeAllGrow Summit will be an unparalleled return to in-person experiences. First launched in 2015, the Summit quickly evolved into the organization’s most prominent and sought-after event. In fact, this year’s event is already sold out, although there is a waiting list in place.

The Summit brings together a vibrant community of intergenerational Latina makers, creators, professionals, and entrepreneurs from all walks of life for a weekend dedicated to personal transformation and professional growth.
