Democrats have faced bruising losses over the past three election cycles. And Biden’s underperformance in the state was most evident in Miami-Dade County, which has the highest concentration of Hispanic voters. He won the county by seven percentage points, compared with Hillary Clinton’s 30-point margin over Trump in 2016.

Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei welcomed delegations from Ukraine and Russia for talks on Monday, assuring delegates that they should feel “completely safe.” The exact location of the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine on Monday has been kept secret for security reasons.

Meanwhile, Moscow’s stock exchange will not open Monday, the Russian Central Bank said, after the country’s currency plummeted in the wake of Western sanctions.

Around 500.000 people have been displaced due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and the world remains on edge while witnessing the most dangerous conflict since WWII.
