Lunay and Latin American ‘Cafecito’ Can Become Part of Your Morning Routine — Here’s How

Lunay and Latin American 'Cafecito' Can Become Part of Your Morning Routine — Here's How

Hispanic Heritage Month is a great time to see how brands get creative with weaving in the Latino culture. From unique Latin-inspired activations to tapping into Latin music favorite stars, there’s a lot of ways brands get creative during this month.

Though some of these initiatives may seem performative to some, it still benefits our community to get as much exposure as possible. Through this, we can continue to show the world how impactful we are.

This year, there has been a lot of exciting things happening around Hispanic Heritage Month – and some of these events included one of our favorite things: cafecito.

Here’s the thing: Keurig Dr Pepper has unveiled a trio of aromatic delights, bringing the delectable taste of Latin America to your morning cup. Imagine sipping on a warm Horchata Latte, where the robustness of espresso meets the unique flavor of horchata, creating a creamy blend infused with cinnamon and cardamom, kissed with sweet vanilla. Or indulge in the rich embrace of Café de Olla, where dark roasted coffee comes to life with the cozy aroma of cinnamon and the caramel sweetness of piloncillo. And then, there’s Café con Leche, a bold fusion of dark roasted espresso-style coffee and milk, creating a harmonious dance of strength and creaminess.

But this isn’t just about coffee; it’s a cultural celebration. Becky Opdyke, Senior Vice President of Coffee Marketing at Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc., emphasizes that this new offering is more than just a beverage; it’s a journey. “A cup can be enough to transport you sip by sip. With comforting and delicious ingredients that pay homage to the incredible culture of Latin America, and the rise in nostalgic home coffee preparation, we invite consumers to include a bit of coffee culture when they enjoy their drink,” she said in an official press release.

Lunay Is Here For ALL of This

And what better way to celebrate this cultural fusion than with the collaboration of reggaetón artist, Lunay? The star who made all single people shake their bodies through his song “Soltera,” is as excited about this collaboration as we are. After all, for Lunay, coffee isn’t just a drink; it’s a lifestyle, a creative catalyst. “Coffee is a lifestyle and a significant part of my culture and creative process when making music, especially when I want to start the day in the best way with good vibes,” he shared in a statement.

Picture this: Lunay, in his element, welcoming McCafé At Home into his creative sanctuary – the recording studio. Here, amidst his ongoing beats and rhythms, the fusion of cultures finds its perfect harmony. It’s where Latin American traditions meld with modern creativity, resulting in music that resonates globally.

That’s not all though. Lunay’s fans are getting a special treat: a sneak peek into his creative process. As part of McCafé At Home’s unique invitation, fans get an exclusive glimpse into Lunay’s upcoming single.

So, as you sip your morning coffee, let it be more than just a routine. Let it be a journey, a cultural adventure. Let it be the unique flavors of Latin America, brought to life by McCafé At Home, where every sip is a celebration, and every cup is a story waiting to be told.

Cheers to our cultura!
